Features
Increased tree respawn cooldown from 15 seconds to 60 seconds.
Also, they will grow independient of the existence of heroes/units arround them, so you may be stuck.
Reduced creep aggro range from 600 to 450
Added "Drop Items" and "Pick Items" to circle of power. You can pick your items only.

Balance
Raikage's Lariat only stun the first unit.
Increased Food suply regeneration duration from 5 to 20 seconds.
Decreased Madara's God Power AoE from 2000 to 1300.
Decreased Madara's God Power damage from 100/80/60 to 70/50/30
Decreased Madara's initial agility from 18 to 17.
Changed Onoki's Stalagmite Armor return damage from 25/50/75/100 to 70 all levels.
Increased Onoki's Stalagmite Armor duration from 4 seconds to 3/4/5/6 seconds.

Bugs
Fix the lag produced by tree respawn system.
Fix Naruto Kage Bunshin Rasengan slow.
