Bugfix version.

Update new version: Crossover Dota 6.8

ITEMS
- Fixed a bug where you cannot store items in Circle of Power
- Removed Tango's cooldown
- Added a new item "Oblivion Staff"
- Fixed a bug where Quelling Blade cannot chop trees
- Reduced Boots of Travel's cooldown from 65 to 60

GAMEPLAY
- Rebalanced all heroes' base damage
- Fixed a bug where you can still pick some of the heroes
- Added a few design in Alliance base
- Repositioned the mid towers
- Fixed a bug where commiting suicide will not show up the revive timer
- Denying creeps now shows up the color of the denying hero
- Changed the tower's attack type from Pierce to Siege
- Removed the Christmas stuff
- Added camera effects for a few ultimates
- Fixed a "-ma" command bug
- Neutral creeps now sleeps at night
- Destroying towers now grants experience
- Game Modes: -ap, -ar
- Type "-commands" for more commands

    galera vamos tentar deixar o mapa mais equilibrado pra geral poder jogar ele de boa , gostei muito e se ele ficar mais equilibrado pode fazer sucesso
